Vespa Primavera touring setup for comfortable provincial rides

My useful changes were a medium-height windscreen, rear rack, compact waterproof bag and brighter road-legal bulbs. I kept the engine stock for reliability. The biggest comfort improvement came from adjusting riding posture and packing less weight high on the rack.
