My rainy-season motorcycle chain care routine

After a wet ride I rinse away grit with low-pressure water, dry the chain, use a motorcycle-safe cleaner and apply lubricant to the inside run. I also inspect slack and look for tight links. Avoid spraying lubricant on the tire or brake disc. A small routine after heavy rain prevents expensive premature wear.
